Nowadays, everyone is talking about Ukraine's territorial integrity, and all those who have invaded us are
"Principles cannot only apply to the strong, they should apply to everyone. If not, then they are no longer principles."
On September 21st local time, Serbian President Vucic delivered a speech during the general debate of the United Nations General Assembly, directly accusing Western countries such as the United States of violating the principles of the United Nations Charter and manipulating "double standards" on issues of sovereignty and territorial integrity. Wu Qiqi recalled the bombing of the Southern Alliance by Western countries at the end of the last century and sarcastically pointed out that all those who had participated in the aggression at that time are now talking about Ukraine's territorial integrity.

The Serbian news website B92 released the full text of Vucic's speech on the 21st. Wu Qiqi said that global peace and stability are currently facing serious threats. Although people at the United Nations General Assembly have talked for three consecutive days about respecting the principles and rules of the United Nations Charter, it is precisely the violation of them that has led to most of the problems in current international relations.
"The implementation of double standards has become a blatant behavior of some countries, who attempt to achieve their own interests through war and violence, violating international legal norms and basic human morality." Wu Qiqi said that it is not the small countries that are frequently attacked that violate principles, but the most powerful countries in the world.
Subsequently, he bluntly named the location as US President Biden.
"Just two days ago, in this hall, we heard from the President of the United States about the most important principles in international relations - respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty, and as the third most important factor, he also mentioned human rights. In my opinion, everyone in this hall supports this."
"The only problem is that a few hours after he spoke, I was forced to meet with the so-called 'President of Kosovo' in these places, and the most powerful Western countries recognized him as the 'President' of an independent country." Vucic said, "However, this is based on the division of Serbia's territory."

He mentioned that just as these things happened, the German minister not far away stated that Germany would firmly abide by the United Nations Charter, decisions and documents, and would never give up.
"If what they say is true, then everything is fine. But almost all Western countries have rudely violated the United Nations Charter and UN Security Council Resolution 1244, denying and violating the principles they 'defend' today," said Wu Qiqi.
The United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 he mentioned was passed on June 10, 1999, reaffirming the sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia over the "Kosovo region" and demanding that "all United Nations member states respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.".
Wu Qiqi continued his accusations against Western countries and mentioned the war against the Southern Alliance at the end of the last century.
"The 19 most powerful countries made decisions without authorization from the United Nations, and I repeat that they brutally attacked and punished a sovereign country without any decision from the United Nations Security Council."
"24 years ago, the strongest 19 countries showed no mercy to Serbia, a small country... They also said that the Kosovo issue was a democratic issue that would be resolved in accordance with the United Nations Charter and other international law documents. However, in 2008, they came up with support for what they called 'Kosovo independence'."
"The worst part is that all those who have invaded Serbia are now preaching about Ukraine's territorial integrity, as if we don't support Ukraine's territorial integrity," Vucic sarcastically said. "But we do support it, we will continue to support it because we won't change our politics, we won't tamper with our principles."
"Principles cannot only apply to the strong, they should apply to everyone. If they are not, then they are no longer principles. That is why I believe that in the modern world, either there are principles, the same rules will apply to everyone. Otherwise, we will eventually fall into the deepest disagreements and most difficult conflicts and problems in history, and we will be helpless," said Wu Qiqi.

Before his speech at the United Nations General Assembly, Wu Qiqi had told the media on the 20th that he would state the facts and truth in his speech. Although doing so would make many people dislike him, he would not let anyone interrupt his speech.
"I'm not sure if anyone will like it, because hypocrisy is prevalent in the world. I want to discuss principles that everyone will mention. You should apply them to any situation, not just when it's beneficial to you, because if you do, they can no longer be called principles, and you just use them according to your own needs," said Wu Qiqi.
Kosovo was an autonomous province of the former Federal Republic of Serbia and was entrusted to the United Nations after the end of the Kosovo War in June 1999. In February 2008, under the instigation of the United States and its Western allies, Kosovo unilaterally declared independence, but Serbia always insisted on sovereignty over Kosovo. Kosovo has not received recognition from most countries in the world, including China and Russia.
Since May this year, Kosovo police and Kosovo authorities have forcefully pushed Albanian mayors into administrative buildings in Serb settlements, igniting tensions. Vuchi ć had previously warned that unilateral actions by the Kosovo authorities could lead to further loss of control in the region, as tensions in Kosovo are at their worst in 24 years.
In early September, Kosovo's leader Kurti once again made controversial remarks, blaming the tension in the region on the Serbs in northern Kosovo and even threatening to make them "pay the price". This statement has caused dissatisfaction from Serbian President Vucic, who accused the European Union and the United States of continuing to ignore Kurti's outrageous remarks on the 15th.
"Imagine, I said somewhere, 'Albanians should suffer and pay the price.' Can you imagine what kind of reaction the world would have?" Vucic asked.
