On June 10, 2022, at noon, Wang Yongbo went to the management and service enterprise to review the relevant application materials, and accepted the enterprise's banquet and drank alcohol. Wang Changguo, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Technology Promotion Center in Mudan District, Heze City, and Vice President of the Mudan District Branch of the Provincial Agricultural Radio and Television School, utilized his influence in his position to organize family funeral ceremonies. In October 2022, Wang Changguo will notify the person in charge of his department of his intention to hold the third anniversary memorial ceremony for his father, and the person in charge will then notify the relevant staff. On the noon of April 28, 2023, Lu Chungang accepted a banquet and drank alcohol from the management and service objects of his work area. Later, he was caught driving a motor vehicle by the public security organs, with an alcohol test value of 52mg/100ml. He was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without a license and was administratively punished by the public security organs. In May 2023, Lu Chungang was given a serious warning within the party.
