According to public information, Wang Xinge, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1967, is a graduate student at the Central Party School. Formerly served as the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the 9th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

Wang Xinge has been working in Xinjiang for a long time and has served as a standing committee member and deputy secretary of the Shaya County Committee in Aksu Prefecture, secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of the Coal Management Bureau in Aksu Prefecture, deputy minister of the Organization Department of the Aksu Prefecture Committee, secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of the Regional Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and secretary of the Shaya County Committee in Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang.
