So, how can we enrich the forms of grassroots employment services and help achieve more comprehensive and high-quality employment?

From a comprehensive perspective, employment is not just a personal matter, but the entire society should actively participate and implement the central government's requirement of "comprehensively considering the strategic height of stabilizing employment". Dialectically speaking, the problems faced by employment work are also opportunities to help us improve services and break down information barriers. Like a job market, we need to mobilize various forces, expand employment channels, streamline employment structure, and find ways to establish a docking platform for workers seeking employment and employers recruiting, enhancing the matching of supply and demand information.
To truly focus on practical work and promote more convenient services. We should promote the good experiences, coordinate the use of more grassroots platforms, community outlets and other resources, innovate online and offline integrated service forms, promote "doorstep" employment service stations, form a 15 minute employment service circle, and improve the public's perception of employment services. We will take real measures and implement practical measures to facilitate the public, focusing on early, detailed, and in-depth employment services, making them more convenient and accessible, making them visible, tangible, and affordable for the public.
