On the afternoon of September 9th at around 5 o'clock, Zhang and two family members contacted the Shenghe Jiayuan community about housing rental matters. Later, while his family was waiting in the car, Zhang entered the community alone. After understanding the situation of the residence, Zhang lost his way and asked three children for help. The three children together led the way for Zhang. At the entrance of the community, they met a parent of a child, and when the child explained the situation to the parents, Zhang left the community on his own.
The parents of the child believed that this matter was suspicious, so they went to the property management of the community to retrieve public videos. The property management staff issued a "Warm reminder to prevent child abduction and fraud" to remind residents to pay attention to safety.
