The participating team from Kaiyuan Hotel made "Fish Head Braised Pig Hands", "Persimmon Ruyi" and "Wild Rice Jade Lucky Bag". Chef Zhang Jianxiang told reporters that the three dishes cooked this time are all newly developed based on local characteristics. Among them, "Fish Head Braised Pig Hands" is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people to eat. The combination of fish and pig hands is more nutritious, and the taste is also a favorite taste of local residents.

Finally, the top three designated dishes and the top eight self selected dishes will be selected. The participating team of Kaiyuan Hotel won first prize.
