How much do you know about the Asian Games? What creative ideas and ingenuity are hidden in the award materials of the Hangzhou Asian Games?
At present, the countdown to the opening of the Hangzhou Asian Games is approaching, and in addition to gold, silver, and bronze medals, the award materials for the award ceremony are also particularly eye-catching. What are the award materials for this Asian Games and what kind of ingenuity and creativity do they contain?
The award materials for the Hangzhou Asian Games are divided into three categories: award bouquets, award trays, and award podiums. Among them, the design of the award bouquet is unique and ingenious, named Fruitful, which consists of two parts: flower materials and floral organs. There are as many as 14 types of flower materials, including rice ears and lotus pods that symbolize harvest and achievement, the Chinese self cultivated variety rose called "Red Heart", the butterfly orchid representing the "Rainbow and Purple" of the Asian Games, as well as Hangzhou's characteristic plants Longjing Tea Branch and Osmanthus Branch, showcasing Hangzhou's unique cultural connotations and urban charm.
In addition to the flower materials themselves, the award flower set is also a major innovation. Compared to previous large-scale competitions, "Fruitful" was the first award bouquet to incorporate floral vessels, and this design was inspired by the official kiln flower goblet from the Southern Song Dynasty in China.

The design inspiration for the award tray of this year's Hangzhou Asian Games comes from the fluctuating water surface of West Lake in the gentle breeze, presenting a clean and streamlined overall. The tray is formed by pressing a whole piece of metal aluminum material, with a water-based environmentally friendly layer on the surface. The lightweight design not only improves the structural strength, but also brings a good experience to the award process.
On the outside of the award podium, the overall design adopts a gradient color with the theme of "Rainbow Rhyme Purple", and the tabletop is in the color of "Ink White", showcasing the spirit of inclusiveness and harmony among Asian countries.
