Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education development. To accelerate the construction of an education strong country and a high-quality education system, the teacher community needs to play a key role. Our country has a large group of teachers, with over 18.8 million full-time teachers at all levels and types. Such a team requires special spiritual inspiration and guidance, and needs to inspire their inner motivation to stick to the podium and focus on educating people, forging their ideal aspiration of "cultivating the teaching world and building a strong country with me". Guiding the growth and development of teachers with the spirit of educators is based on professional standards, clarifying their proper spiritual style and establishing higher spiritual pursuits. Teachers should not only be satisfied with completing basic teaching tasks, but also maintain enthusiasm for education, students, and career. They should always remember their original mission of educating people for the Party and the country, constantly improve themselves, and cultivate students. Only then can they truly become good teachers who are satisfied with the Party and the people.
Education has the characteristics of teaching according to individual needs and having no fixed teaching methods, which makes the professional ethics of teachers particularly important and also makes the subjective initiative of teachers crucial. Teacher ethics is not only a moral issue, but also the overall life state and spiritual outlook of teachers. Its core lies not only in building a solid bottom line, but also in pursuing high standards. When Zhu Xi annotated "learning and learning at the same time", he said "learning is words, and the effect is also.". Zhou Dunyi said, "Scholars are wise, wise are holy, and holy are heavenly.". In the current promotion of the spirit of educators, for scholars and teachers, it is to follow the example and strive for excellence. This is the call of the times and the hope of the people.
