On September 12th, Liu, a student from Quantang Middle School in Jinzhou Town, Ningxiang City, was on duty that day. The homeroom teacher, Teacher Tao, noticed that Liu was arguing with his classmates and punished him for doing 200 squats in the hallway outside the classroom, with Teacher Tao supervising beside him. On the afternoon of September 13th, Teacher Tao noticed that Liu had difficulty walking and asked if he needed to take leave. Liu said he did not need to take leave. The 7th class on September 14th is the physical education class of the class. Physical education teacher Wen organized a group of students and announced the task of walking slowly to warm up. Liu felt soreness in his legs and asked for leave from the teacher. Teacher Wen said that jogging can relieve muscle soreness and promote muscle recovery.
