In 1995, Yang Niuhua, who was only 5 years old, was abducted and sold by human traffickers to Handan City, Hebei Province. It was not until 2021 that Yang Niuhua found her loved ones online. In 2022, she contacted the Guizhou police and provided clues. In the end, police officers from the Nanming Branch of the Guiyang Public Security Bureau arrested Yu Huaying, who was suspected of trafficking Yang Niuhua. According to Yu Huaying's account, she abducted and sold 11 children, including Yang Niuhua.
In addition, in 2000, Yu Huaying was arrested on suspicion of child trafficking. At that time, both she and her husband concealed their true identities and were sentenced to 8 years in prison for false identities. During his sentence, Yu Huaying received a three-year reduction in sentence.
