The special zone opened a window of "I want to report", linked to the unified reporting platform of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervision Commission, and welcomed netizens to report the frequent problems in festivals such as eating and drinking with public money, accepting banquets in concealed places in violation of regulations, receiving and sending gifts in violation of regulations, collecting money by operating weddings and funerals, traveling with public money, and private use of public cars through websites, mobile phone clients, and WeChat official account. Starting from September 22nd, the "Weekly Notification" section of the special zone will focus on three rounds of naming and reporting typical problems, strengthening warning and deterrence.
Five typical cases were reported in the first batch

Wang Lei, former member of the Party Group of Xuecheng District Government in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, and former member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xuecheng Economic Development Zone, illegally accepted gifts and gifts, and accepted banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties. From the second half of 2014 to the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2021, Wang Lei took advantage of holidays, job adjustment and other opportunities to receive gifts and shopping cards from management and service objects for many times; Since 2020, I have received multiple banquets from management and service recipients. Wang Lei also has other serious violations of discipline and law, such as being expelled from the Party and public office, and being transferred to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution on suspicion of criminal issues.
2. Rao Jun, former Party Secretary and Chairman of Gansu Institute of Work Safety Science and Technology Co., Ltd., accepted banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties, and received gifts in violation of regulations. From October 2014 to January 2018, Rao Jun received multiple banquets from management and service recipients that may affect the fair execution of official duties; In October 2021, a gold commemorative coin weighing approximately 20 grams was given as a gift to congratulate his son on his marriage by the recipient of management and service. Rao Jun also has other serious violations of discipline and law, such as being expelled from the Party and public office, and being transferred to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution for suspected criminal issues.
3. Yang Fuliang, former deputy secretary of the Dingri County Party Committee of the Xizang Autonomous Region and a second level researcher, received gifts and cash gifts in violation of regulations. From 2016 to May 2021, Yang Fuliang received gifts and cash equivalent to a total of 357600 yuan from management and service recipients, including cordyceps, cigarettes, tea, and other gifts; From November 2020 to March 2021, borrowed vehicles from private entrepreneurs for personal use. Yang Fuliang also has other serious violations of discipline and law, such as being expelled from the Party and public office, and being transferred to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution for suspected criminal issues.
4. Sun Weiguo, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Municipal People's Congress in Jilin Province, illegally received gifts and cash gifts. From January 2013 to August 2018, Sun Weiguo took advantage of traditional festivals and his son's marriage to receive gifts and consumption cards worth more than 1.2 million yuan from others multiple times. Sun Weiguo also has other serious violations of discipline and law, such as being expelled from the Party and public office, and being transferred to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution for suspected criminal issues.
5. Huang Guili, former Party Secretary and Director of the Water Resources Bureau of Du'an Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, illegally received gifts and accepted banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties. From 2016 to 2021, Huang Guili received expensive gifts such as high-end wine from his private boss and repeatedly accepted banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties. Huang Guili also has other serious violations of discipline and law. He was expelled from the Party and public office, sentenced to thirteen years in prison, and fined RMB 1 million.
