According to reports, from 2017 to 2020, Iliheng repeatedly violated regulations by accepting banquets arranged by management service objects such as Lin, the head of a certain group's Macheng company, and Chen, a road and bridge engineering company in Huanggang. They consumed high-end tobacco and alcohol, and the related expenses were paid by Lin, Chen, and others. Afterwards, they provided assistance and care in engineering bidding, project payment, and other aspects. Multiple arrangements have been made for Chen, the legal representative of a construction engineering company in Hubei, and others to pay for the catering and other expenses that should be personally paid by Yiliheng, totaling 21000 yuan.
