Earlier, affected by the residual low pressure trough of typhoon "Haikui", rainstorm and lightning weather occurred in Hong Kong for several days, leading to serious flooding, debris flow and other accidents in many regions. At about 11:00 pm on the 7th, the Hong Kong Observatory issued the second black rainstorm signal of this year, and on the 8th, Hong Kong issued the first "extreme situation" warning.
