Chinese tourists entering Thailand without a visa shall not stay for more than 30 days
On the 14th local time, the Consular Department of the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement in response to the Thai Cabinet's policy of "visa free for five months" for China and Kazakhstan on the 13th.
The Thai Cabinet meeting held on the 13th made a decision to implement a "visa free 5-month" policy for tourists from China and Kazakhstan. The visa free policy starts from September 25, 2023 and ends on February 29, 2024.
The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand announced on the 14th that during the implementation of the visa free policy, tourists from both countries are allowed to enter Thailand without a visa and stay in Thailand for no more than 30 days.
This move aims to provide more convenient travel experiences for tourists from China and Kazakhstan, attract more tourists to Thailand for tourism, and promote the overall growth of the Thai economy.
