Recently, the Asian Flower Theme Park, which integrates Song Dynasty culture and Asian plant culture, opened in Qianjiang Century Park. The theme park fully integrates with the surrounding commercial supporting operations, showcasing the beauty of Hangzhou's ecology and the spirit of the Asian Games to participants, tourists, and Hangzhou citizens from various countries.

The concept of building an Asian floral theme park originated from the suggestion of Hangzhou citizens to "decorate a garden with Asian elements.". On the basis of benchmarking against the requirements of "simplicity, safety, and excitement" for hosting the Asian Games, the design team has put forward the core concept of "micro transformation, emphasis on flowers, and strong experience". The construction of the theme park is based on the current situation of Qianjiang Century Park. On the basis of not changing the landscape structure and not moving trees and shrubs, the existing lawn, pavement, and overpass channels are used to arrange the flower landscape, and some works are striving to be permanently preserved as "Asian Games heritage". The Asian Flower Theme Park is designed with the theme of "Stories of Seeds", reflecting the design concept of "seeds spreading plants and seeds spreading friendship" through the main thread of the "Land Silk Road" and "Maritime Silk Road" within the site. The three major sections of the park, namely "Oriental Flower Charm", "Asian Flower Carpet", and "Sailing with Flowers", connect landscape nodes such as "Seed Square", "Friendship Flower Corridor", "Good Luck Lotus", "Hand in Hand, Heart in Heart", and "Riding the Wind and Waves", allowing Chinese and foreign tourists to experience the flower of "friendship" and promote Asian plant culture.

The "Hello Square" in Xiaoshan District is located in the core area of Qianjiang Century City. It is the first officially established Asian Games viewing space in Xiaoshan District, supporting the commercial system of Century Park. It has the first 3D naked eye screen and a 10 meter stage in Xiaoshan District. During the Asian Games, the 3D naked eye screen on Hello Square will be connected to the signal inside the Asian Games venues, and the entire event will be live broadcast. The natural outdoor seats and rest areas also provide comfortable viewing positions for citizens, allowing them to intuitively experience the atmosphere of the Asian Games.

Hello Square, as one of the first pilot stations for the Asian Games Civilization Station, is also the first observation space in the city to establish volunteer services for the Asian Games city. The site has currently joined the "Ruzi Niu" volunteer organization, with at least 2 volunteers on duty every day. It can provide services such as Asian Games promotion, information consultation, medical first aid, and cultural and tourism promotion. In addition, "Hello Square" regularly carries out activities such as civilized markets and cultural tours, providing high-quality and convenient urban volunteer services for athletes, domestic and foreign guests, tourists, and citizens before and after the competition.

The "Asian Games Civilization Station" is the first urban volunteer service platform brand for the Asian Games in Xiaoshan District. According to the principle of "one station for multiple uses", it is transformed by integrating the resources of the Asian Games Youth V Station, Party and Mass Relay Station, and the New Era Civilization Practice Institute. At present, 38 Class I stations, 32 Class II stations, and 522 Class III stations have been built in the entire region. Class I stations are distributed in seven key areas, including Asian Games venues and the surrounding areas of Asian Games villages. Class II stations cover hotels and designated hospitals that guarantee the Asian Games, while Class III stations rely on grassroots positions such as village and community new era civilization practice stations to jointly build.

During the competition, these civilized stations will provide transportation guidance, information consultation, medical emergency, lost and found, Asian Games promotion, disability assistance and other services to the public. Since the full opening of the Asian Games Civilization Station on August 23, urban volunteers for the Asian Games have officially started working. As of now, there are an average of 4500 on duty volunteers per day, with a total of 110000 volunteer service personnel and 56000 service personnel.
