The 2023 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week series of activities will be held from September 11th to 17th. At the 2023 Network Security Expo, State Grid staff introduced that "the power system is a key information infrastructure of the country. State Grid independently develops equipment and is committed to encryption protection and security certification in the power field."

A batch of timely and iterative network security measures, as well as network security applications that combine technology and practicality, are also frequently highlighted.

The Cybersecurity Expo showcased the "Intelligent Connected Vehicle Security Risk Detection System" developed by China Unicom. The on-site demonstration personnel connect to the car OBD interface, and after a simple click on the computer screen, the car system, vehicle status, maintenance information, etc. are clear at a glance. This year's Cybersecurity Promotion Week is particularly focused on cultivating professionals in cybersecurity, with a dedicated exhibition featuring outstanding achievements from the Student Innovation Funding Program of the Cybersecurity College.

"The program encourages and supports students from the Cybersecurity College of universities to carry out innovative activities and cultivate the innovative ability of cybersecurity talents." On September 14th, 2023, the National Cybersecurity Awareness Week Rule of Law Day event was held in Fuzhou. At the relevant forum held on the day of the event, experts and scholars gave a detailed interpretation of network security level protection, key information infrastructure security protection, as well as the key points and implementation of China's personal information protection and data security laws. The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and other relevant departments share their experience in cracking down on prominent illegal and criminal cases online. "The Internet has brought convenient services and experiences to citizens, but cyberspace is not a place outside the law," said He Zhaohua, deputy leader of the Fourth Brigade of Cybersecurity Detachment of Fuzhou Public Security Bureau.

In addition to establishing regulations and systems, popularizing and promoting relevant knowledge and strengthening collaborative governance are also very important in network security construction.

Data security and personal information protection are important contents of network security promotion. The timely detection and disposal of network security threats is an important aspect of network security governance. "In recent years, the work of data security and personal information protection has continued to deepen, and the ability to detect and handle network security threats has steadily improved. China's cyberspace security barriers have been further improved."
