On the campus of Jianping Experimental High School in Shanghai, she started as a Chinese language teacher and homeroom teacher, with a sincere love for teachers and students, and for the school, running education with the heart of her parents. She has been deeply involved in Chinese language education for 30 years, adhering to the principle of "educating and cultivating people through literature" and guiding students to write beautiful childhood and youth through the collection of "charming Chinese" essays, inspiring students to love their mother tongue and motherland, and laying a deep spiritual foundation.

After more than ten years of training in various management positions, she grew into the principal and party branch secretary of Shanghai Jianping Experimental Middle School.
