According to the open resume, Su Xiaolin, born in March 1958, is from Lanzhou, Gansu Province, with a college degree. He started working in December 1974 and joined the CPC in October 1986. Since then, he has been working for a long time in the Lanzhou Song and Dance Troupe, and since 1991, he has served as the deputy and leader of the Lanzhou Song and Dance Troupe. Starting from December 2003, he served as the director of Lanzhou Song and Dance Theater. Starting from January 2008, he became the director of Lanzhou Grand Theater. Starting from February of that year, he also served as a member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
Starting from March 2018, Su Xiaolin began serving as a counselor to the People's Government of Gansu Province.
