It is planned to be further utilized.
Ma Tengfei, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1967, is a graduate student at the Provincial Party School and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Transportation Holdings Co., Ltd. and is proposed to serve as a principal in the management leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee.
The above information shows that Ding Jianqi, who previously served as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Railway Group, has now become the Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Railway Group; Ma Tengfei, who previously served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Transportation Holdings Co., Ltd., has now become the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Railway Group.
According to public information, Chang Qing, who previously served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Jiangsu Railway Group, was born in May 1963 and has reached the age of 60.
Ding Jianqi has served in the transportation department for many years, having served as Deputy Director and Party Committee Member of Nanjing Transportation Bureau, Deputy Director and Party Group Member of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation, Deputy Mayor of Yancheng City, Standing Committee Member of Lianyungang Municipal Committee and Director of Municipal Port Management Bureau, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Jiangsu Coastal Development Group Co., Ltd. In April 2019, he was appointed as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Railway Group.
Ma Tengfei has served as the Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Fenguan Expressway Company, the General Manager, Party Secretary, and Chairman of Beijing Shanghai Expressway Company, and the Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Transportation Holdings Co., Ltd. In June 2020, he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Transportation Holdings Co., Ltd.
Jiangsu Railway Group Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018. It is a provincial-level super large state-owned enterprise approved by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and managed by the Provincial Party Committee leadership team. The registered capital of Railway Group is 100 billion yuan. As of the end of June 2022, Railway Group holds 8 secondary enterprises and has 11 important equity participating enterprises, with total assets of 297.4 billion yuan and net assets of 179.2 billion yuan.
