According to a report from the State Administration of Taxation, in the early stage, the tax department of Chongqing found that Yuan Bingyan had tax risks through analysis. After being reminded, urged to rectify, and interviewed for warnings, Yuan Bingyan still did not complete the rectification. In addition, her affiliated enterprises were suspected of tax evasion, and tax inspections were carried out in accordance with the law.
After investigation, it was found that Yuan Bingyan did not handle tax declaration in accordance with the law and underpaid personal income tax for some of her labor remuneration; And a portion of personal consumption expenses will be illegally disbursed in its controlling affiliated enterprises, resulting in underpayment of personal income tax. Its affiliated enterprises have tax related issues such as underpayment of value-added tax and corporate income tax, as well as failure to withhold and pay personal income tax for personal consumption expenses in violation of regulations. During the tax inspection process, Yuan Bingyan actively cooperated with the tax authorities to provide truthful information and proactively reported any tax related illegal activities that the tax authorities had not yet mastered. Taking into account the above situation, the Seventh Inspection Bureau of Chongqing Taxation Bureau, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, the Tax Collection and Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, has imposed a total of 2.9738 million yuan on Yuan Bingyan for tax recovery, late payment fees, and fines; Recovering taxes, imposing late fees, and imposing fines on its affiliated enterprises, totaling 1.3298 million yuan. The Seventh Inspection Bureau of Chongqing Taxation Bureau has lawfully delivered the "Tax Handling Decision" and "Tax Administrative Penalty Decision" to Yuan Bingyan and her affiliated enterprises. Yuan Bingyan and her affiliated enterprises have paid the tax fines and late fees in accordance with regulations.
