It is reported that the Russian Pacific Fleet is conducting tactical exercises with the code name "Long fin Whale-2023" in the Chukchi Sea, Bering Sea, and Chukchi Peninsula. About 10000 soldiers and over 50 pieces of military equipment participated in the exercise, including surface vessels and support ships, submarines, naval aviation aircraft and helicopters, "ball" and "fortress" shore based missile systems, as well as wheeled and tracked armored vehicles with good off-road performance.
