On the same day, Dinghai Road Street in Yangpu District organized a special rectification operation for electric bicycles in the area. According to the standards of the "Regulations", the focus was on illegal parking of electric bicycles occupying shared parts of the property, flying wire charging, and household charging of electric bicycles or batteries. , and issued Yangpu's first "flying line charging" fine.
At about 7:30 a.m., the Dinghai Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team was inspecting the shops along Hejian Road and found that some merchants were using wires and sockets to charge their electric bicycles and batteries. After discovering the situation, the law enforcement team immediately stepped forward to stop and advise, informing the other party that flying cable charging was illegal, and criticized and educated the illegal merchant and publicized safety knowledge, and guided them to nearby charging points for charging.
"In the future, you must go to the designated area for charging. You must not be greedy for temporary convenience. You must be the first person responsible for life safety." After realizing the dangers of flying cable charging, the merchant said.
Shi Jiahua, deputy captain of the Dinghai Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team, told reporters that in this case, illegal merchants will be fined 50 to 200 yuan, and at the same time, they will be criticized and educated, and regular return visits will be conducted for inspections.
In addition to the inspections of merchants along the streets in the area, this morning, the relevant law enforcement departments of Dinghai Road Street also visited a number of old communities to conduct inspections.
In the storage and transportation community, in view of the illegal parking and charging behavior of individual residents' electric vehicles occupying the foyer, public corridors, stairwells, corridors and other parts of the building on the first floor, the inspectors knocked on doors and went to the homes to carry out education and dissuasion, ordered on-the-spot rectifications, and gave on-site lectures Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and fire safety. In the community at Lane 88, Longchang Road, inspectors urged the property department to standardize the parking order, increase inspection and management efforts, and regularly carry out publicity and education for owners and other measures to ensure that residents park their electric bicycles in accordance with the law.

Before this centralized renovation, Dinghai Road Subdistrict built 30 carports in 8 residential areas including Lane 154 of Dinghai Road, Lane 3061 of Yangshupu Road, and Baiyangdian New Village, and added 430 charging stations, basically achieving full coverage of non-motor vehicle carports and charging facilities on the street. . According to statistics, a total of 5 residential areas, 16 buildings, 44 stores along the street, and 60 checkpoints were inspected during the day's operation. A total of 11 illegally parked and charged electric bicycles were cleared on site.
