"In 2022, the output value of the human resources service industry in Jing'an District increased by 18.4% year-on-year, far higher than the average growth level of the human resources service industry in Shanghai. The tax revenue reached 1.5 billion yuan, a synchronous increase of 9.27%. In the first five months of this year, the human resources service industry in Jing'an District still maintained a rapid growth momentum, with tax revenue reaching 677 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.4%." Wang Guangrong, Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jing'an District, said at today's major project promotion event for the human resources service industry in Jing'an District.
The human resources service industry is one of the key industries in Jing'an District. In the first half of this year, the development trend of the human resources service industry in Jing'an was steady and improving in quality, contributing to the implementation of the "Seven Increase Plan" in Jing'an District and playing a greater role in enhancing the core competitiveness of the urban area. From a quantitative perspective, from January to May this year, the tax revenue of Jing'an's human resources service industry was 677 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.4%; From a qualitative perspective, the distinctive advantages of Jing'an's human resources services continue to strengthen. As of now, 19 high-tech enterprises and 10 specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai have been identified. Specialized enterprises are more proactive in exploring overseas markets, and measures related to the construction of national human resources service export bases are further improved. In order to further promote the smooth flow of talents and support the development of industries, a group of top human resources enterprises in Jing'an have recently been selected for the "Jingying Global Partner" program, becoming "human resources brand suppliers" in Jing'an District, and further helping to promote the goal of accelerating the construction of a high-level talent gathering area in Jing'an District.
