The reporter learned from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce on June 18 that over the past 10 years, the functions of the Shanghai International Trade Single Window have gradually evolved from the initial 6 functional modules to 16 major functional sections of "foreign trade finance", "customs clearance logistics" and "regulatory services", 66 special applications, and docking with 22 departments, achieving full coverage of port customs clearance supervision links, promoting the full inclusion of international trade-related business handling, supporting more than 1/4 of the country's import and export trade volume, and serving more than 600,000 enterprises.

In addition, the construction of various specialized applications of the Shanghai International Trade Single Window helps companies save time and labor costs for various declaration operations, which can reach more than 2 billion yuan each year, and has become the digital foundation for Shanghai to promote the optimization of the port business environment.
