Haomai Asia Pacific Integrated Production and Research Base settled in Shanghai, UK
Today, Haomai Group of the UK announced the official opening of its Asia Pacific integrated production and research and development base, located in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, Minhang District, Shanghai. The base covers a total area of 11000 square meters and has 15 subsidiaries of the group in safety, environment and analysis, and medical health.
Since its official entry into China in 2006, Haomai Group in the UK has had nearly 40 subsidiaries conducting business in China, including more than ten subsidiaries such as Bluefield Optics, Fortis Safety Interlocking, and Hanover, which have successively settled in Shanghai. In the fiscal year 2023, the Asia Pacific region accounted for 15% of the UK's revenue, with China accounting for nearly half. At the opening ceremony of the base, Mr. Wang Chunwen, member of the Executive Board and Chairman and President of the Asia Pacific region of the British Haomai Group, said, "China and the Asia Pacific region are important strategic markets and long-term growth engines of the British Haomai. The Asia Pacific integrated production and research and development base has played a key role in our implementation of the 'Win China, Accelerate Asia Pacific' strategy."
It is reported that in the 2023 fiscal year, Haomai UK has completed seven acquisitions, maintaining a steady acquisition progress for three business units. Taking Baoding Lange Peristaltic Pump, a Chinese subsidiary acquired by British company Haomai, as an example, since its acquisition in 2013, Lange's sales have increased several times in a decade, with business covering more than 140 countries and regions. Recently, Lange has been officially awarded the title of national level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
