Many Internet celebrity hotels meet the needs of personalized groups and have been fully booked. How is the sanitation and disinfection situation of Internet celebrity hotels? How to reassure consumers during their stay? Staff from the Shanghai Health Supervision Agency "checked in" in advance to conduct unannounced inspections. This afternoon, a reporter from Liberation Daily and Shangguan News followed the staff to see the inspection process.
At 1 o'clock in the afternoon, staff from the Huangpu District Health Prison came to ZHOTEL, an internet celebrity hotel at No. 194 Beijing East Road. On social media, the hotel ranked first among internet celebrity hotels in the region, and all 50 rooms were basically booked before the holiday. In order to protect the health rights of consumers, staff inspected toiletries, bed sheets and quilt covers, bath hygiene, disinfection facilities, etc. in the hotel.
Liu Xiaojun, chief of the Environmental Health Supervision Section of the Huangpu District Health Supervision Office, told reporters: The inspection of Internet celebrity hotels mainly covers three aspects. First of all, the publicity content must be complete. Public notice boards should be hung in conspicuous places in residences, including public place health licenses, public place health inspection reports, quantitative classifications, health certificates, etc. Secondly, the cleaning process is fully controlled. Conduct random inspections of hotel rooms, inspect slippers, cups, bedding and other customer supplies in the rooms. At the same time, carry out full-process supervision and guidance on the cleaning operation procedures of the room cleaning staff, focusing on bathroom toilets, basins, cups, etc. that have the risk of infectious diseases. The cleaning and disinfection process of customer supplies and utensils ensures "one change and one disinfection for each guest" to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Finally, disinfection and cleaning must be "highly demanding". Check whether guest room rags are classified and cleaned and disinfected in the hotel's disinfection room and linen room, whether the cleaning and disinfection process for cups meets the specifications, and whether the cleaning and storage of bedding equipment that is cleaned for use meets the requirements.
After more than an hour of detailed inspection, the staff gave a "checklist": The overall hygienic environment of the Internet celebrity hotel is good, but the disinfection of cups can be further improved. At present, the disinfection of mouthwash cups and stemware has not been clearly subdivided, and it is recommended to improve the classification. Liu Xiaojun told reporters that unannounced inspections of five Internet celebrity hotels in the area were carried out before the holiday, with the purpose of effectively strengthening the health and safety supervision of accommodation places and creating a good travel environment.
At three o'clock in the afternoon, staff from the Songjiang District Health Inspection Office came to the Yuhao Hotel in Songjiang University Town for an unannounced inspection. How to intelligently manage hotel hygiene conditions? The hotel is exploring a new model: piloting a full-chain digital tracking system for cotton fabrics in accommodation facilities.
The reporter saw the room number appearing on the mobile phone and clicked on it. The cleaning staff's health certificate stated that the disinfection time of bed sheets, towels and other cotton fabrics can be checked through the mobile phone. According to the relevant person in charge: Cotton fabrics such as sheets, pillowcases, quilt covers, towels, etc. in the hotel have been implanted with chips. The use and replacement status of each piece of cotton fabric, as well as the information on cleaning and disinfection have been digitally upgraded.
Using new technologies to upgrade the disinfection system, the hotel also added scanning and monitoring equipment to the cotton fabric cleaning company's assembly line to collect and record the cleaning time, disinfection status and other information of each piece of linen, so that the cleaning and disinfection information can be traced from the source. In the hotel, cleaning staff are equipped with handheld information reading and writing devices to track the location of linens and quickly take inventory of replacement times.
Wang Shaoxin, deputy director of the Supervision Office of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, introduced: The pilot hotel guest cotton fabrics "one guest, one exchange" and "one room, one code" have initially realized the centralized cleaning unit end, hotel management end, consumer use end, and law enforcement supervision. The end-to-end closed-loop management of the entire process will be applied to more hotels in the future.
The reporter learned that in the past month, the city's health supervision agency has dispatched more than 7,000 health inspectors to conduct inspections on 3,144 households in public places such as accommodation, beauty salons, swimming venues, and movie theaters. The inspection situation was generally good and the supervision was qualified. The rate is about 95%.
In response to the inadequate implementation of the health management system, the supervisory agency puts forward specific rectification opinions, supervises rectification, and files and investigates violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law.
