Starting from July 29th, due to the schedule arrangement, Qian Tianyi has been racing on the Universiade stage, competing in almost one final in less than two days. She has also played in two women's team finals, as well as seven sets in both women's doubles and singles finals. In the end, Qian Tianyi withstood the pressure to showcase herself and won four gold medals in women's singles, women's doubles, mixed doubles, and women's team events.

Qian Tianyi, who is 23 years old this year, is currently studying at the China Table Tennis College of Shanghai Sport University. As the backbone of the Chinese women's table tennis team at the Universiade, she gave back the trust of the entire team with excellent performance. In fact, Qian Tianyi's trip to the Universiade was not smooth sailing. In the women's team final, the Chinese team faced a strong challenge from the Japanese team. In the fourth game, Qian Tianyi was unexpectedly defeated by Uzawa Xingjia, which added a highlight to their reunion in the women's singles final. In the women's singles final, Qian Tianyi and Chuze Xingjia battled fiercely until the very end, only to end the game with consecutive strong attacks and win the gold medal with a big score of 4-3.

Becoming the Four Kings of Table Tennis at the Universiade allowed Qian Tianyi to gain confidence. She admitted, "It's a great honor to represent a Chinese university student and participate in the competition. I was very happy to win four gold medals. Despite the pressure, I persevered in the end. This was a very unforgettable and valuable experience, which also gave me confidence. Compared to individual table tennis events, the Universiade gives me a more colorful feeling. In the Chinese national table tennis team, Qian Tianyi, currently ranked sixth in the world, belongs to the "little A-mei" category; But at the Universiade, with some international competition experience, she needs to play the role of "Big Sister". When being a "leading lady" and having high expectations from teammates, does it feel like there is a lot of pressure?

"I have received comprehensive training at the Universiade, and there is definitely pressure. I have participated in various competitions one after another, which has strengthened my ability to change competitions. Especially in the women's singles final, I had regrets in the team competition before, and I really want to win back in the singles final. Qian Tianyi said," Pressure and opportunity coexist, and I believe in my own strength and the strength of the team. Before the competition, teachers Zang and Ma from the coaching team, including Ding Ning, helped me prepare and gave me ideas. When I arrived at the competition, I only focused on the technical tactics of the competition and didn't think too much. "

Qian Tianyi, who is tall and has a sweet appearance, is a girl from Jiangsu. She studied for both her undergraduate and master's degrees at the China Table Tennis College of Shanghai Sport University. The China Table Tennis Institute was established in September 2010 at Shanghai Sport University, and is the only higher education institution in the world with a focus on table tennis training, teaching, and research.

Qian Tianyi said, "Shanghai Sport University has a specialized table tennis college, and teachers will come to Beijing to teach us courses such as psychology, which has greatly benefited me. Here, learning and training promote each other, and I feel that this learning mode is very suitable for me."

Qian Tian, born in 2000, became famous one year later. She was selected for the Jiangsu Provincial Team at the age of 12, and at the age of 15, she won the "double crown" of the women's team and women's singles at the National Youth Table Tennis Championships. As the first "post-00s" player, she was selected for the Chinese National Table Tennis Team roster.

The national team is full of experts, while Qian Tianyi, who is not particularly experienced in major competitions, faces fierce competition.
