Just when the reporter was wondering, a smell came from the factory wall. A villager on the north side of the factory told reporters that the garbage disposal station is not far from the three villager groups on the east, north and south sides. In addition, the reporter noticed that the "Planning Standards for Urban Environmental Sanitation Facilities" GB/T50337-2018 stipulates that the land boundary of centralized food waste treatment facilities should not be less than 0.5km from urban and rural residential land.
