At this year's Yangtze River Delta Architecture Industrialization Exhibition and Intelligent Construction and Green Low Carbon New Materials Theme Exhibition, the enterprise showcased the latest prefabricated components such as laminated shear walls, exterior wall panels, stairs, balconies, hidden beam steel structure systems, and prestressed prefabricated concrete integrated building systems, which have the characteristics of fast production and installation efficiency, high degree of component standardization, large-scale industrial production, and simple construction.

This scientific research achievement has been successfully applied in the first batch of prefabricated building demonstration industrial bases in China. Research shows that if 10% of China's buildings adopt industrialized construction methods, construction waste will be reduced by 83%, material loss will be reduced by 60%, and building energy efficiency will be more than 50%.

The automatic detection system for shield tunnel segments is independently developed and used for detecting the external dimensions of finished tunnel segments and molds. The system consists of upper computer software, PLC control system, mechanical system, collaborative robot, tracking and scanning system, and transportation positioning system. It has achieved non-contact automatic measurement of tunnel segments for the first time, and can achieve synchronous detection of technical indicators including width, thickness, chord length, arc length, diagonal, flatness, etc. The detection accuracy is high, and the detection indicators are comprehensive, improving the consistency of measurement and the comprehensiveness of detection data.

The system has been successfully applied in the prefabrication of pipe segments in the Beijing East Sixth Ring Road renovation project, Jinan Yellow River Tunnel, and Jiangyin Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.

The intelligent pipe segment production line independently developed and applied by Fangqiao Company of China Railway 14th Bureau, under computer control, all production lines such as AGV handling vehicles, mechanical arms, and one click pouring and vibration systems achieve automatic spraying and production processes.
