At Zhangjiang Science City, the research team conducted in-depth discussions with the Municipal Science Foundation, Zhangjiang Group and other units on strengthening the flexibility and compatibility of land spatial management, and building an industrial community that integrates industry and city, and balances employment and housing.

In the pilot units of revitalizing the stock resources of municipal state-owned enterprises in the "four batches", adapting to the development of green, intelligent, and integrated industries, focusing on the renewal and activation of inefficient industrial land, and exploring the establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism for spatial resource utilization has become a hot topic of discussion among the research group and enterprises.
The leadership team of the Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau led discussions and exchanges with the Municipal Economic and Information Work Party Committee, focusing on three-dimensional cities, resilient cities, and future city orientation, focusing on policy innovation, integration and co construction, strengthening the guarantee of full factor integration, and effectively promoting high-quality development of the real economy and modern industrial system.
