In the pilot units of revitalizing the stock resources of municipal state-owned enterprises in the "four batches", adapting to the development of green, intelligent, and integrated industries, focusing on the renewal and activation of inefficient industrial land, and exploring the establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism for spatial resource utilization has become a hot topic of discussion among the research group and enterprises.
