From a hardware perspective, the appearance and appearance of some vehicles are worrying. The appearance of the existing Dangdang cars is basically the same as when it was put into operation. Therefore, many citizens and tourists were confused when they arrived at the scene: Which car should I get on? Where do I buy a ticket? There is no signage or information desk on site. Some tourists had no choice but to choose a car and then got on the bus to wait, only to find that it was not the car that drove first in the end.
The author waited at the scene for a long time and found that a conductor would appear when driving was approaching. After consulting with him, he was told that there was no boarding sign on site, only a relatively fixed departure time, and he would drive when the time came. As for which car to drive, "usually the one parked in front." However, judging from the actual situation at the scene, the "vehicle in front" instructions are not clear. Sometimes the "parked vehicle in front" is actually a recreational vehicle and does not start.
Dangdang cars also have a lot of garbage inside and dirty floors.
On the other hand, the hygiene inside the car is worrying. The author found that some passengers had uncivilized behavior while riding and left all kinds of garbage in the carriage, including shopping bags, drink cups, paper towels, etc. Throughout the entire operation, there was no "civilized ride" reminder; after the vehicle arrived at the station, the driver left, and no staff came on board to clean up the garbage. Therefore, some passengers have to clean up the garbage themselves in order to have a seat. The cleaning method is also "treating the symptoms but not the root cause" - pushing the garbage on the seats to the ground, making the carriage floor even dirtier.
First, the hardware of Dangdang cars is upgraded and updated. Dangdang cars are the window of traffic on Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street.
