The Municipal Health Care Office promotes digital governance and ensures the construction of information modules for major events. Combined with the construction of the vector biological control management system, promote the construction of digital large screens for CIIE security work, fully integrate monitoring, prevention, inspection and disposal, emergency response and emergency material management into information management, and use GPS tools, intelligent Mouse traps, insect-killing lamps and other facilities and equipment further improve the efficiency of work tracking and assessment and the speed of emergency response.
The city implements a refined management and support working mechanism, divides the city into four areas according to the control area: core area, buffer zone, radiation area and other areas, clarifies the division of tasks and support organizational structure of each area, implements the hierarchical linkage support working mechanism, and establishes an emergency response system. Specifically, outdoor smoking spots are set up outside the security inspection area on the "0-meter" floor of the National Exhibition and Convention Center and outside the outdoor area of the "16-meter" floor exhibition area. The urban health department collaborates to provide technical guidance and support for tobacco control management at the National Convention and Exhibition Center, conduct special law enforcement inspections and patrol publicity, create a good tobacco control atmosphere, and consolidate the achievements of smoke-free environment construction. The city has established a team of 100 patriotic hygiene and health promotion volunteers for the CIIE and conducted special training.
