The People's Government of Guangdong Province, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council:
We have received your request to submit the overall plan for deepening cross-strait innovation and development cooperation in Dongguan. The following approval is hereby given:
1、 Agree in principle to the Overall Plan for Deepening Cross Strait Innovation and Development Cooperation in Dongguan.
To make more positive contributions to deepening the integration and development of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and promoting the spiritual harmony of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
