2. Excavation of high-speed railway tunnel in the longest city in China

The shield section of Suzhou East Tunnel has a total length of 11.82 kilometers. It is currently the highest construction standard and longest mileage high-speed rail urban tunnel with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour in my country. It is known as "the first tunnel of urban high-speed rail in China".
The Nantong Ningbo high-speed railway line starts from Yancheng to Nantong West Station, passes south through Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Jiaxing City, and Ningbo City in Zhejiang Province, and introduces Ningbo Hub Ningbo Station. The new line is 301 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour and a construction period of 5 years. There are 10 stations along the entire line, including Nantong West, Zhangjiagang, Changshu West, Suzhou North, Suzhou South, Jiashan North, Jiaxing South, Haiyan, Cixi, and Zhuangqiao.
3. Yangtze River Delta Railway Expected to Send 3.4 million Passengers Today

The passenger flow is mainly short-and medium-distance trips. The short-distance passenger flow is mainly concentrated between the central cities and tourist cities in the Yangtze River Delta. The midway passenger flow is mainly concentrated within the 4-hour journey of the high-speed rail.
