The investigation was concluded by the Liaoning Provincial Supervision Committee and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Designated by the People's Procuratorate of Liaoning Province, the case will be reviewed and prosecuted by the People's Procuratorate of Liaozhong District, Shenyang City. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Liaozhong District, Shenyang City made an arrest decision against Wang Qingke on suspicion of bribery in accordance with the law. According to the official resume, Wang Qingke, born in September 1957, started working in August 1976, joined the CPC in December 1981, and has an on-the-job university degree. Formerly served as the Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Gaizhou City, and Secretary of the Gaizhou City Committee. In April 2011, he was appointed as the Deputy Municipal Cadre of Yingkou City and the Secretary of the Gaizhou Municipal Party Committee; In June 2013, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Panjin Municipal Committee and Minister of the Organization Department; In December 2014, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Yingkou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee; In January 2016, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yingkou City; In January 2018, there was no nomination for a new term; Retired in October 2019.
On February 20, 2023, the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision issued a notice that Wang Qingke, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation.
