The Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that in national exams stipulated by law, "organizing cheating" and "replacing others or allowing others to take the exam on their behalf" are all illegal behaviors.

Although college entrance examination scores are important, the quality of integrity is related to a person's life-long development. Don't believe the tricks of criminals, and don't take chances on behalf of others or let others take the exam on your behalf. You will eventually "suffer the consequences" if you try your own way.

3. Avoid the security check and bring "equipment" with you, and your future will be ruined if you fail to cheat.

[Case] ​​During the 2022 college entrance examination, a candidate avoided the entrance security check and illegally brought a mobile phone into the examination room. After the examination started, he took pictures of the test papers and sent them to the QQ group to seek answers, but failed, and was immediately seized by the public security organs in accordance with the law. In accordance with relevant regulations, candidates who violate regulations will be severely dealt with.

The "Measures for Handling Violations of National Educational Examinations" clearly stipulates that anyone who carries a device with the function of sending or receiving information shall be deemed to have cheated on the examination, and the results of each stage and subject of the examination for which he or she has signed up will be invalid. The "Education Law of the People's Republic of China" clearly stipulates that if a candidate carries or uses cheating equipment or materials in a national education examination, and the circumstances are serious, the education administrative department shall order him to stop participating in the relevant national education examination for a period of not less than one year but not more than three years; this constitutes a violation of public security. Before the exam, he published irrelevant posts on relevant platforms to occupy space, and then replaced the original content with the content of the test paper after the exam. The time of the post was still shown as before the exam started, creating the illusion that the questions were leaked before the exam.

Lawyers and experts remind that if candidates maliciously release such information, in addition to violating exam discipline, it is also suspected of violating the law, and serious cases can also constitute a crime.
