Hong Kong, September 4th (Xinhua) - Due to the impact of Typhoon Sura, the opening day of primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong, originally scheduled for September 1st, has been moved to the 4th. On the opening day of the school year, Tsai Ruo lien, Director of the Education Bureau of the Special Administrative Region Government, attended the opening ceremony of Po Leung Kui Ma Kam ming Secondary School and Ma Tau Chung Government Primary School.
