Affected by the "sea anemone", since September 5, rainstorm to heavy rainstorm has occurred in central and southern Fujian and Ningde, and extremely heavy rainstorm has occurred in some towns in coastal areas. There are 65 towns in 15 counties in the province with 24-hour cumulative rainfall of more than 250 mm.
Today, more than 80 areas in the urban area of Fuzhou were flooded with water, and the emergency department deployed 28 powerful drainage equipment for emergency drainage overnight. As of 4pm, most sections of the main urban area of Fuzhou have been reopened and traffic has resumed. All 315 bus routes in the city have resumed operation, and the Fuzhou Metro and Bus West Station have resumed operation at noon.
