Experts interpret that the observatory has captured unidentified flying objects twice within 5 days
Recently, a meteor monitoring camera from Jinan Seven Star Observatory captured traces of unidentified flying objects twice, sparking heated discussions.
According to Lightning News, at 2:21 am on September 1st, an unidentified object crashed over the Jinan Seven Star Observatory and was captured by a meteor surveillance camera. At around 5:00 pm on September 5th, a surveillance camera at the same location captured four objects flying in a semi circular shape in pairs before and after.
Niu Guihua, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Astronomical Society and Secretary General of the Jinan Astronomical Society, told reporters that this is the first time that the Seven Star Observatory has recorded such a phenomenon. "Based on the camera angle, it is inferred that this object came from far to near, and the closest distance to our camera feels to be several hundred meters."
The surveillance video shows that the object lifted up a certain distance, then turned in the air, and finally formed a certain angle with the ground before rapidly falling to the ground. Niu Guihua told Lightning News reporters that based on the trajectory of object falls, common astronomical phenomena such as meteors and meteorite falls have been preliminarily ruled out.

When the object fell in the video, there was no other sound recorded by the surveillance camera except for the chirping of insects at night. "It's not a bug, the speed of flying insects is not that fast!" Niu Guihua told Lightning News reporters that he and his colleagues were at the Seven Star Observatory at the time, but they didn't hear the sound of objects falling.
The same location monitoring camera captured "unidentified flying objects" twice
Niu Guihua pointed out that the trajectories of the two unidentified flying objects discovered were completely different. "One was a very fast straight line, but slightly curved. Later on, that was different, and the time point was also different. The first one appeared around 2am, which was around 5am."
Niu Guihua introduced that currently, the Shandong Astronomical Association and Jinan Astronomical Association of the National Astronomical Observatory are discussing and analyzing this matter.
