In recent years, four secretaries of the Xifeng County Party Committee have been investigated.
On April 18th this year, Zhongyang, the former governor of Qiannan Prefecture in Guizhou Province, was investigated. According to the open resume, Zhong Yang, female, of Buyi nationality, was born in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province in January 1972, started work in July 1994, and joined the CPC in May 1994. Zhong Yang, who has been serving in Guiyang for a long time, served as the county magistrate of Xifeng County from January 2012 to January 2014, and as the secretary of the Xifeng County Party Committee from January 2014 to May 2015.
On October 26th last year, Liu Wenxin, former deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, was investigated. According to the open resume, Liu Wenxin, male, Han nationality, was born in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province in August 1967, joined the CPC in May 1995, and started working in August 1985. Liu Wenxin, who previously served as the Mayor of Guiyang City and Secretary of the Qianxinan Prefecture Party Committee, served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Guiyang City Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department from December 2007 to June 2008, as well as Secretary of the Xifeng County Party Committee.
On August 16, 2018, Huang Qiubin, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Grain Bureau of Guizhou Province, was investigated. According to the open resume, Huang Qiubin, male, born in June 1972, Han nationality, from Anxi, Fujian Province, started work in August 1996 and joined the CPC in April 1994. Huang Qiubin served as the Deputy Secretary and Acting County Magistrate of Xifeng County from May 2006 to November 2006. From November 2006 to July 2008, he served as the Deputy Secretary and County Magistrate of Xifeng County. From July 2008 to November 2008, he served as the Secretary and County Magistrate of Xifeng County. From November 2008 to October 2011, he served as the Secretary of Xifeng County Committee.
In July 2008, when Liu Wenxin no longer served as the Secretary of the Xifeng County Committee, Huang Qiubin took over as the Secretary of the Xifeng County Committee.
