Haidian District: 4,371 workers dispatched
Haidian District dispatched a total of 4,371 sanitation workers, 33 multi-functional snow removal vehicles, 49 snow melting vehicles, 33 sweepers, 64 inspection vehicles, and 26 other auxiliary vehicles. 82 spreaders, 14 roller brushes, 32 snow shovels, 76 trail snow removal equipment, and 1,516 manual snow removal equipment were used.
At present, the snow clearing and ice clearing work in Haidian District is in progress in an orderly manner.
Chaoyang District: Prepare 47,500 pieces of manual snow removal equipment
In order to cope with the new round of heavy snowfall, Chaoyang District has prepared more than 11,000 people, 733 support vehicles, 618 snow-clearing and ice-removing equipment, and 47,500 manual snow removal equipment. At the same time, an emergency team of 170 people was established, 19 emergency vehicles were used to deal with various emergencies, and all emergency operators were on standby.
There are about 1,635 tons of solid snow melting agent in reserve. The snow melting liquid mixing station is prepared in advance and is on standby. It can be put into use at any time according to weather conditions. Relevant personnel, facilities and equipment can carry out snow removal operations at any time based on snow orders.
As of 16:00 on December 13, the Fengtai District Environmental Sanitation Center had dispatched a total of 5,252 personnel in various positions; 724 vehicles of various types, including 163 multi-functional snow removal vehicles; and 1,887 tons of snow melting agent had been used.
