Taking into account factors such as geopolitical relations and the influence of the digital economy, Singapore, an important member country of the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement, will be designated as the guest of honor. Singapore's overseas branch events will be held to expand new international cooperation spaces for openness and win-win in the digital field.

The second is to launch a global cooperation initiative to expand the circle of friends of digital economy partner cities. We plan to invite more than 10 international cities, including San Francisco in the United States, Madrid in Spain, Vienna in Austria, and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, to jointly launch the Global Digital Economy Partner City Cooperation Initiative with Beijing, to promote the construction of the "Digital Silk Road" and focus on promoting the open innovation network of the digital economy between global cities and under international multilateral and bilateral frameworks.

On the evening of the opening ceremony, a "Digital Night" city pulse lighting ceremony was held, selecting landmark locations in cities such as Beijing, Lhasa, and Singapore. Digital technology was used to cross ASEAN and the Himalayas, jointly lighting up the city pulse. In conjunction with the launch of the first digital concert and offline interactive activities, the digital image of a millennium old city was shaped, enhancing the sense of participation and ceremony of the conference.

The fourth is to expand the driving capacity of industries and enhance the service function of promoting business through meeting. Deepen the linkage between research and enterprises at home and abroad, as well as in local and municipal areas, focus on international governance of the digital economy, technological hotspots such as artificial intelligence, and innovative forms such as open source. Through a series of activities such as forum dialogue, event hosting, and new product releases, strengthen academic governance, promote the transformation of achievements, promote the landing of a number of projects, establish a number of digital enterprise benchmarks, create a number of digital IPs, stimulate public enthusiasm for digital consumption, build an international cooperation platform and network for the digital economy, and form a strong joint force for benchmark city construction.

The fifth is to launch the mascot for the inaugural conference, deepen the global dissemination of the conference, and tell the story of the development of the digital economy in Beijing. This conference fully combines elements of digitization, technology, and Chinese culture, using intelligent robots as the prototype to promote the use of the conference's IP image for the first time. By soliciting names from the public, it was finally named "Shuxiaozhi". It not only fits the theme of this conference "data-driven development, intelligence leading the future", but also represents "wisdom, ambition, and intelligence".
