On the 7th, the Olympic Qualification Series Shanghai Organizing Committee meeting was held in the city hall. According to data released by the organizing committee, there are currently about 1,200 people registered to participate in the event, including 464 participating athletes, as well as relevant personnel from the International Olympic Committee, International Federations, Olympic Broadcasting Corporation and media reporters from all over the world. Currently, applications have been received from 342 Chinese and foreign journalists and 210 broadcasters from 88 media organizations.
The construction of venues for the Olympic qualifying series is basically completed.

In terms of accommodation guarantee, Garden Hotel, Jinjiang Hotel, and New Jinjiang Hotel are the hotels for the event, and the City Hotel is the hotel for the media. In terms of catering guarantee, catering services are provided in hotels and stadium areas according to the dining needs of different personnel. In order to ensure the food safety of athletes, under the guidance of the market supervision department, the second batch of food-borne stimulant testing and inspection work for athletes has been completed. In addition, special vehicles will be arranged for the catering of athletes' competition venues.
In terms of transportation support, based on the current information on the arrival of personnel in Shanghai and the competition schedule of each event, shuttle vehicles will be provided at the airport, hotel and competition venue for athletes, coaches, representatives of international individual federations, technical officials and other relevant personnel, and Develop emergency support plans. In terms of safety and security, the Municipal Public Security Bureau has specially formed a working team to formulate a safety and security plan based on past experience and the actual situation of the event.
In terms of medical security, there are 3 public medical stations, 1 comprehensive medical station, 5 athlete medical stations, and 3 critical medical inspection teams on site. There are 7 ambulances deployed on site, and one ambulance is deployed in each hotel. Corresponding emergency plans are formulated. Huashan Hospital is the designated hospital for the event, and municipal general hospitals such as Ruijin, Renji, and Shijiu are designated for spectators and staff. Serving the hospital, Children's Medical Center provides pediatric services to children of school age. Set up "green channels" in designated hospitals and designated medical service institutions to implement relevant preparations. According to the introduction, the biggest highlight of this event is the supporting city sports festival activities. The Sports Festival activities are divided into two stages.
