Urban renewal actions allow the people to live in peace and security. This year, my country will renovate another 50,000 old residential areas. Beijing continues to improve legislation to support urban renewal, focusing on solving problems such as the identification and supervision and management of urban renewal project entities, implementing closed-loop management of the project library, and providing multiple policy supports for the projects in the library. In the first five months of this year, 185 old residential areas in Beijing were renovated, with a renovation area of ​​7 million square meters, and the completion volume has exceeded the total completion volume of last year.
