Wang Yixin, former deputy secretary of the provincial government's party group and vice governor, was expelled from the party and removed from office.
With the approval of the CPC Central Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission opened an investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Wang Yixin, former member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, former deputy secretary of the provincial government’s party group, and deputy governor.
Upon investigation, it was found that Wang Yixin had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, made friends with political scammers, and resisted organizational review; he violated organizational principles, concealed his family's real estate situation, did not truthfully explain the problem during organizational talks, selected and appointed cadres in violation of regulations and accepted property; he accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, accepted low-cost decoration from private business owners, used his power to seek benefits for specific people, and engaged in power-for-sex and money-for-sex transactions; he was morally corrupt; he abused his power for personal gain, engaged in power-for-money transactions, used his position to seek profits for others in land development and project contracting, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Wang Yixin seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, discipline on integrity and discipline in life, constituted a serious duty violation and was suspected of bribery, and did not stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The nature of his behavior is serious and the impact is bad, and he should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China for Public Officials" and other relevant regulations, after research by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Wang Yixin from the party; the National Supervision Commission shall expel him from public office; terminate his qualifications as a representative of the 13th Party Congress of Heilongjiang Province; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the relevant property together.
