The booking of air tickets, homestays and other business formats has increased by more than 50% compared to the previous week, while the booking of scenic spot tickets has doubled.
As of August 30th, the search index of Ctrip's major transportation market showed that the search popularity for domestic air tickets during the National Day holiday in 2023 exceeded the same period in 2022 by more than 190%, and recovered to 104% in the same period in 2019; The popularity of the accommodation industry is particularly high in the transportation sector, and the search popularity of the domestic hotel market during holidays has exceeded four times that of the same period in November 2022, an increase of nearly 120% compared to the same period in November 2019.

During this year's National Day holiday, both homestay bookings and other product bookings showed that bookings for some niche destinations had already started ahead of schedule. Compared to previous years, more consumers chose to "escape" popular destinations. According to Ctrip data, the order volume in Shangri La, Jingdezhen, Anji, Nanyang, Changzhou, Foshan, Huai'an, Yanji, Jieyang, Antu and other places has exceeded the number of orders during the 2019 National Day holiday by more than twice. As of August 31st, the cities with the fastest growth rate of 11 bookings on the Tujia platform are Yanbian, Changzhou, Fuzhou, Luoyang, Shantou, Shangrao, Ganzi, Zhangzhou, Wuxi, Guilin, and Beihai.
