To counter them... the CIA releases a video
According to Reuters on September 8th, the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States, which is working hard to recruit more Russians as spies, has released a video of plotting against Russian officials, calling on them to "contact" the CIA.
According to the report, CIA Director William Burns said in July that some Russians' dissatisfaction with the Russia-Ukraine conflict had created a rare opportunity to recruit spies, and the CIA would not miss this opportunity.

The report states that the CIA has released a Russian video on social media titled "Why Do I Contact the CIA - For Myself", in which a person who appears to be a Russian official walks in the snow that looks like a Russian city.
The Russian narrator said, "I insist on telling everyone that distorting the facts in a report is unethical, but those who are rising step by step are doing so."
When the actor who played a Russian official entered the government building and presented his pass, the Russian narrator said, "In the past, I believed that the truth had some value."

Before showing the detailed method of contacting the CIA, the Russian narrator said, "People around you may not want to hear the truth. But we are willing to listen."
The report points out that Russia accuses Britain and the United States of supporting Ukraine, attempting to divide Russia and seize natural resources, while Washington and London deny this.
