Including 3 PhDs and 5 "post-70s" cadres from outside the province planned to be transferred to Hainan for appointment
On September 7th, the Organization Department of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee issued a notice on the selection of cadres to be appointed in Hainan Province.
The reporter from Pengpai News noticed that the Organization Department of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee has announced that several cadres serving in provinces and units outside Hainan have been announced to be transferred to Hainan for employment.
These cadres are Chen Xiangsong, male, Han nationality, born in March 1975, graduate student, PhD in Science, independent of political parties, currently a professor at the School of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the director of the Hubei Provincial Key Laboratory of Gravity and Quantum Physics. He is proposed to be appointed as a regular position in a provincial public institution.
Chen Wei, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1976, is a graduate student with a Master's degree in Public Administration. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Bank of Communications International Trust Co., Ltd. He is proposed to serve as a full-time employee in a provincial enterprise.
Tang Hua, female, Han ethnicity, born in April 1970, is an in-service graduate student with a Ph.D. in Economics. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the Secretary of the Xinjin District Committee in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. She is proposed to serve as a principal in a provincial-level statutory institution.
Zhang Ben, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1977, is a graduate student with a Doctor of Medicine. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the Dean of the West China School of Public Health at Sichuan University. He is proposed to serve as a principal in a provincial-level deputy department level public institution.
Wu Zhengyan, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1972, is an in-service graduate student with a Master's degree in Engineering. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of Fuzhou Zhenxing Rural Group Co., Ltd. in Fujian Province. He is proposed to serve as a principal in a provincial enterprise.
The above 5 cadres are all born in the 1970s, with two members from the education system, including three PhDs and two Masters.
Among them, the youngest Zhang Ben is the Dean, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of West China School of Public Health/West China Fourth Hospital at Sichuan University. He has been engaged in public health and preventive medicine education and research, as well as hospital management for a long time. His main research directions are epidemiology, occupational health and medicine, and proactive health precision preventive medicine.
Chen Xiangsong comes from Hubei and has been engaged in physics research for a long time. He served as the Dean of the School of Physics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology before stepping down in June last year.
Tang Hua, the current Secretary of the Xinjin District Committee of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, is the only female among the five cadres who plan to work in Hainan. She has previously served as the Director of the Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau, Deputy Secretary of the Jinniu District Committee, and District Mayor.
Chen Wei, who is currently a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Bank of Communications International Trust Co., Ltd., has previously served as the Deputy Mayor of Suizhou City, Hubei Province.
Wu Zhengyan has previously worked in Fuzhou, Fujian and has held positions such as Deputy Director of the Fuzhou Urban and Rural Development Committee.
