During peak hours in the morning and evening, traffic congestion is a common problem for people. "At present, the traffic light time in Xi'an is still fixed. In the future, our large model can use massive historical traffic data to learn and analyze, and automatically generate intersection signal control optimization strategy suggestions based on real-time traffic data. It can adjust the traffic light time according to traffic flow at any time, achieve intelligent traffic diversion of road vehicles, and alleviate traffic congestion." On September 6th, at the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center, Zhang Miao, the General Manager of Zhongke Shiyu Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that we have recently released a "Qinling Qinchuan Traffic Model" with a parameter scale of billions. The "pre trained large model+downstream task fine-tuning" mode used in it has certain innovative significance in the artificial intelligence intelligent transportation industry.
This large model has the characteristics of multiple data sources, rich task completion ability, wide range of applicable scenarios, and strong understanding ability, which can approach the cognitive and reasoning abilities of the human brain. For special category vehicles such as dump trucks, it can overcome scenarios that traditional AI technology is difficult to handle, such as night time, modification, dirt, license plate obstruction, and garbage camouflage, and improve the automation level of law enforcement and control business for special category vehicles.
As the first large-scale artificial intelligence computing power cluster in the western region and currently the second largest in the country, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center can be called the "strongest brain" in the western region. By building an artificial intelligence ecosystem based on the domestic framework of Ascension, the center helps Xi'an build a model city for the national new generation of artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone. In June 2023, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center was selected as one of the first batch of national new generation artificial intelligence public computing open innovation platforms, making it the first unit in Northwest China to be included in this list.

As of now, the Future Artificial Intelligence Computing Center has cooperated with more than 180 universities, institutes, and enterprises nationwide, outputting 179 solutions across multiple industries. It has jointly carried out 16 scientific research projects with various universities and institutes, and held 111 ecological activities such as technology summits, developer competitions, and start-up enterprise docking. The center, in collaboration with frontline universities, research institutes, and leading artificial intelligence enterprises, has jointly launched multiple large-scale model research projects, including the "Qinling Xidian Remote Sensing Brain Model" at Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, the "Qinling Soaring Fluid Dynamics Model" at Northwestern Polytechnical University, the "Yunwen Technology Enterprise Knowledge Model" at Yunwen Technology, and the "Qinling Qinchuan Transportation Model" at Zhongke TV, creating a pilot project for the integration of innovation and innovation between university research institutes and computing centers.
