On August 30th, in a hair salon in Tancheng County, Linyi, Shandong Province, a woman, dissatisfied with the service of the staff, presented her identification and threatened, "Call our team to come."
According to a report by Da Feng News, Mr. Xu, the video producer and shop owner, told reporters that the tax bureau came to inspect the incident the day after it occurred.
Mr. Xu told reporters that it was around 9:40 am on Wednesday, August 30th. After the woman entered the store to wash her hair, the stylist assessed that her hair was too dry to undergo the "protein correction" she wanted.
On that day, the surveillance footage in the store showed that the woman was immediately angry and said, "Can't you do it, can't you do it? Whatever you do, I have to do it today."
